Nature Villa Bellevue

Please note that this house is still in the process of being furnished. Because of this we have very little indoor photos, and the ones we have are missing essential furniture. By the time this holiday home is rented out, this house will of-course be fully furnished.

In a secluded area of the village of Katselovo, on top of the hill with beautiful views over the forested valley and the village, is this 2-story villa located in a gorgeous large garden. Only surrounded by the sounds of birds, nature and the wind you can find complete relaxation at this holiday home.

The first floor of the villa is an open-plan 35 m2 living area with a large U-shaped kitchen, a dining area that seats 10, lounge area with a big (double) sleeping sofa and TV with satellite reception and retro game console, and an original old stove. Because of the 70 cm thick natural stone walls, it is always nice and cool in here, but there is an airconditioning for cooling and heating. Heating can also be done with the stove, but wood to burn is not included.

The second floor, to be reached by outdoor stairs, consists of 3 double bedrooms (one with an extra sofa bed) and a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. All bedrooms have airconditioning for both heating and cooling. From the balcony at the front door you have an incredible view over the garden and the valley.

The 1550 m2 garden is what makes this holiday home a nature villa: it is in fact your main living area. It consists of grass landscaping with all kinds of fruits and nuts trees for shade. as greenery and as food for you to enjoy. There is a variety of seating arrangements spread along the yard. Directly in front of the house if a paved terrace covered by a pergola with grapes and kiwi, under which are dining tables and chairs. There is a 3.6 meters wide round pool (1.2 meters deep) next to it, and a few feet away is a sand pit for the children to play in.
Along the west side of the property there is a small covered pergola with a sitting area overlooking the forested valley, with next to it the outdoor toilet. On the other side of the garden is a full-size beach volleyball/badminton court, which can also be used as a petanque/jeu de boules court. Next to the court is a outdoor fireplace with seating arrangements to enjoy the fire or game. Furthermore there is a swing, a huge 4-meter wide trampoline and a ping pong table. At the south border of the garden is a hammock hanging between the trees and on the east side of the house is a stone barbecue with a terrace overlooking the garden.
