Layout

On the car-free street (with ample parking) there’s a fitness room and garage (currently not in use) with separate entrances. At the front there is a small stairway to the front door on the 1st floor. To the side of the villa is an enclosed courtyard with space to park a car.

There is also a sandbox for the little ones to build sand castles. From all rooms and from the backyard you have wonderful panoramic sea views of the Black Sea and the bays and lights of Albena and Golden Sands.

The garden (with swimming pool, terraces, patio and bbq), courtyard and fitness room are shared with other guests on the 2nd and 3rd floor (if these floors are occupied).
