Villa Ovidius

Enjoy your holiday with your complete family at one great location! Located on the outskirts of the center of Balchik (Bulgaria), Villa Ovidius is a large and luxourious 3-storey villa with 6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, 3 living rooms, 3 kitchens, gym and has room for up to 16 people. There are balconies on the first and second floors overlooking the sea. In the private backyard, where you have great sea views just from ground level, there is a private swimming pool with terraces and a pergula area to barbecue with the whole family.

Villa Ovidius is located in the sunny sea town of Balchik, Bulgaria. With lots of tourist attractions around, among which the famous Botanical Gardens,  Summer Palace and seaside promenade just on walking distance from the villa and Family Resort Albena on a 8 minute drive, you’re bound to have a wonderful holiday with your whole family in one big villa.

Layout

On street level there is a gym and garage (currently unavailable) with separate entrances. There is a small stairway leading to the front door on the first floor. On the side of the villa there is a gated courtyard with room to park one car, with a separate entrance leading to the stairways/gallery.

On the first floor, which is on the ground level of the backyard, you enter into a  huge living room with a large open kitchen, toilet and 1 bedroom (with 2 single beds) with en-suite bathroom. The couch in the living room can be converted into a double bed.

On the second floor there is a hallway with toilet, living room with large open kitchen and 3 bedrooms (2x double bed, 1x 2 single beds), all with en-suite private bathrooms. On the south side there is a full-length balcony, which can be reached by the living room and the 2 south-facing bedrooms. The couch in the living room can be converted into a queen-size double bed.

On the third floor there is a hallway with toilet, large living room / game room with an open kitchen and 2 bedrooms (2x double bed) with en-suite private bathrooms. On the south side there is a full-length balcony, which can be reached by the living room and the south-facing bedroom.

There is a large fully-glazed stairways/gallery connecting all the floors. The gallery has a separate side door leading to the courtyard. Each floor of the house can be used as a separately lockable apartment if that’s preferred.

The south-facing backyard can be accessed from the courtyard, and the living room and bedroom on the first floor. In the backyard, behind the courtyard, is the swimming pool surrounded with a large terrace to enjoy the sun. There is a sandbox for the little ones to play around. On the other side of the house there is a pergola (covered with grapes) with tables to seat the whole family to enjoy diner outside. Barbecues are provided (1x gas, 1x electric).

There is a beautiful panoramic sea view from all levels and in each room of the villa and even straight from the backyard. From there you can see the black sea and the bays and lights from the Albena and Golden Sands resorts.
