Villa Ovidius – Apartment Floor 3

This apartment is located on the 3rd floor of Villa Ovidius and therefore has a magnificent view over the sea, valley and city. This apartment has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a very large living room (furnished as a game room) and its own kitchen. The living room is furnished with a dining table for 4, a work desk for a computer, a fussball table a lounge corner with 2 sofas and a flatscreen TV with XBox One game console.

In addition, there is a shared swimming pool, garden, patio with bbq and fitness room.

Layout

On the car-free street (with ample parking) there is a fitness room and garage (currently not in use) with separate entrances. To the side of the villa is an enclosed courtyard with space to park a car. Through the entrance door in this courtyard you enter a large stairwell with a fully glazed facade, which provides access to the private apartment on the 3rd floor.

In the apartment there is a hall with toilet, a very large living room (which is modernly furnished as a game room with a fussball table and Xbox 360 game console) with open kitchen and 2 bedrooms (both with double beds), both with en-suite private bathrooms. On the south side there is a balcony over the entire length, which you have access to from the living room and the southern bedroom. In the living room there is also a dining table and work desk.

The south facing garden can be reached from the courtyard. Here is the swimming pool (only in use from June-September) with the surrounding terraces to enjoy the sun from a sun lounger. There is also a sandbox for the little ones to build sand castles. On the other side of the garden, under a patio covered with grape bushes, there is another terrace with tables to enjoy dinner or barbecue with the whole family. Barbecues are ready for use (1x gas, 1x electric).

From all rooms and even from the backyard you have a wonderful panoramic sea view of the Black Sea and the bays and lights of Albena and Golden Sands. The view from this 3rd floor is of course absolutely phenomenal.

The garden (with swimming pool, terraces, patio and bbq), courtyard and fitness room are shared with other guests on the 1st and 2nd floor (if these floors are occupied).
