- Travel organisations that organise and (online) sell trips/travel packages (such as city/regional trips, singles trips or sun/sport/wintersport holidays)
- Travel agents or shops that setup holidays/travel arrangements for personal or corporate clients
- Bus companies with their own tour programme
- Event organizers (for example for corporate teambuilding, weddings, etc.)
- Companies that regularly need accommodations for their personnel
- Local hospitality businesses that (want to) use our accommodations to extend their booking capacity

If you have a business registration and plan on making multiple Arode bookings per (calendar) year, with a minimum of 20 nights per year (combined), this Arode Partner Program is intended for you.
Joining the Arode Partner Program is completely free, carries no risks and will only give you financial benefits and additional advantages.
The idea is to actively incorporate our services into your business operation and/or to promote the Arode accommodations. In return we can give you huge discounts and cashbacks on our nightly rates.
Arode Partner Program participants are allowed to (re)sell the booked Arode accommodations at any price they want. The Partner Programs discounts are their provisions from Arode.
How does the Arode Partner Program work?
First you need to register for the Arode Partner Program with us directly, either by email, phone or when making your first booking. You have to provide us with your company contact information and proof of being a registered company. After receipt of your application we’ll contact you and see in what ways we can make our businesses work well together.
Early-bird discount
Being in the Arode Partner Program gives you an exclusive early-bird discount: all bookings (with exact dates) made at least 150 days in advance, get a 5% extra discount, not available for regular guests!
Pre-order discount
Arode Partners can place a pre-order for yearly night stays. Pre-orders of at least 50 nights per year get another 5% extra discount on those nights. Pre-orders need to be placed before the 31st of January of the current year, but the exact dates and accommodations of the stays can be determined at a later point in time. However, if not all booked nights are used, the missed nights will be invoiced for 75 Euro per night.
Last-Minute discount
Arode Partners who booked at least a total of 15 nights at sometime in the past, are eligable for a 10% 10-day last-minute discount on all of our accommodations. This discount applies even if the booked accommodation normally does not have a last-minute discount or uses a shorter time-span.
Quantity cashback discount
But the biggest gain of being in the Arode Partner Program, is our quantity cashback discount. After your registration in the program all your nights booked for all Arode accommodations combined will be registered by us. Once you reach a total of just 20 (or more) booked nights in a single calendar year (regardless of which accommodations are booked, they are all counted together), you’ll receive a discount of 10% on our nightly rates for the rest of the year, starting with the current booking! Not only that, but you also retroactively get a 10% cashback on your prior bookings from this year!
But it gets even better: if you book even more nights and reach over 40 booked nights (in a single calendar year), you receive a discount of 20% on our nightly rates for the rest of the year, and a retroactive cashback of up to 20% on your prior bookings this year!
Cashback Conditions
- You need to preregister for the Arode Partner Program. Bookings made before entering the program will not count towards the yearly total;
- Only normal bookings made directly with Arode will count towards the cashback program. Bookings made via third party platforms and Non-Refundable bookings will not be counted;
- All yearly booking totals will be reset on the 1st of January at 00:01;
- Bookings will be counted towards the totals in the year of the stay, not in the booking year;
- All discounts are only applied on the nightly rates (including the added costs for additional guests), not on cleaning costs, animal add-on costs, tourist tax, optional services or other costs;
- The early-bird, pre-order and last-minute discounts (percentages combined) are deducted from the nightly rates before quantity or long-stay discounts are applied;
- If there is a long-stay (weekly, 2-weekly or monthly) discount already applied on a booking, this discount will count towards your cashback discount (f.e. if your booking already has a 10% 2-weekly discount and your cashback discount is 20%, you will only get 10% extra discount on this booking);
- If a booking is (partially) cancelled and less than 50% is paid in cancellation fees, the cancelled nights will not be counted towards the (yearly) total. If the cancellation fees are over 50%, the nights will be counted towards the (yearly) total against the same percentage as the cancellation fees, rounded down. Unused pre-ordered nights will not be counted towards the (yearly) total;
- The discounts and cashbacks will not be paid out in cash or by bank, they will be deducted from the costs/payment of the new booking. If the cashback exceeds the costs of the new booking, the remaining cashback amount will be reserved and be applied on future bookings;
- Arode reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The revised conditions will take effect 14 days after publication.
