Step inside to find a warm living room with a wood stove, a well-equipped kitchenette, a king-size 2-person loft box bed and a compact but complete bathroom with rain shower . Behind the Hütte, against the mountain, is a spacious fully fenced backyard with terraces, swingseat and a barbecue, all with magnificent villa and valley views.

Sleeping up to 4 people, the Hütte is cozy and best suited for 2 guests. While the sofa converts to a double bed (140cm wide), the space may feel tight with more than 2 people. Your best 4-legged friends are welcome to stay as well, for a surcharge of 10 Euros per night.

Hütte Harzilein is located in the mountain village of Zorge, a picturesque town with mostly half-timbered houses located in the valley of the river Zorge, with mountains on both sides of the valley. The area is ideal for walking, hiking, biking and mountainbiking in all seasons. There is a local bakery and a few restaurants on walking distance, and in the summer the village has a large outside pool. The winter ski slopes can be found in the neighboring towns of Hohegeiss, Braunlage and Sankt Andreasberg, all within a 10 to 25 minute drive.

Layout

From the street you reach the Hütte via a private entrance. You enter through a small wooden hallway where you’ll have cupboard space, a small fridge (with mini freezer area), a combi microwave/oven and a 2-burner induction stove for your meal preparation. If you want to cook on the table, both a gourmet and a fondue set are available for you to use as well.
Through an antique door you enter the living area of ​​the house with a lounge area, HD TV with satelite channels, dining table for 4, a wood stove and a kitchenette. Above the lounge area is the loft with a 2-person king-size bed which can be reached via a wooden ladder. In a separate side room is the compact but complete bathroom with rain shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror and a hair dryer.
